沖縄そばを堪能しました : Reisen

Last time I used it, I was interested in Okinawa Soba, so I went back every day. It was around 12:30 on a weekday. Inside the store, Disney songs arranged in an Okinawan style were being played. The reason for my return visit was the explanation written on the back of the chopsticks bag, which I posted in my previous review, but I'll post again here. ``Thank you for visiting Reisen's Okinawa Soba. One piece of lafti and two pieces of fish cake were placed as ingredients, and the red of pickled ginger and the green of green onion were accented. The soup was relatively clear and seemed light, but the flavor of the ingredients was strong and it was very delicious. The noodles were flat and had a unique chewy texture. A small bottle of island chili pepper awamori pickles was provided to change the taste of the soup, but when I put a small amount on a spoon and sipped it, I found that the awamori flavor was quite strong and I didn't really feel the spiciness of the chili peppers. I didn't use it. However, it is a must-have item for those who want to enjoy the flavor of awamori. The garnishes, simmered kelp, carrots, and shiitake Simmered dish, were richly seasoned and made me want rice. I would like to come again if I want to eat Okinawan Cuisine.

I used it after noon on a weekday. The lunch menu was posted in front of the store (prices include tax). The lunch set had the following four types and was priced at 900 yen.・ Okinawa Soba ・Taco rice ・Bitter melon champuru set meal ・Rafti set meal It was written that the rice and soup in the lunch set can be refilled as much as you like. There was also a special set (1,300 yen) that added a drink, salad, and fresh spring rolls to the above lunch set. I couldn't decide since all of these dishes were my favorites, but I decided on the Rafti set meal and went inside. The building is long and narrow towards the back, and there are 16 seats on the raised floor on the left as you enter, 12 counter seats on the right, and the kitchen at the very back. There seemed to be only one woman in the store, and there were no other customers. I ordered the Rafti set meal as planned, and it was served in about 7 minutes. There were two pieces of Rafti, and at first glance it looked like it had a strong flavor, but it was actually a moderate concentration. There were some parts that felt a little dry on the inside, but it matched the jiggly texture of the fatty meat, so it didn't bother me too much and I was able to eat it deliciously. I didn't get any refills, but the soup was delicious, with a light yet rich flavor.
