丸亀製麺のうどんはお店で打っていることで有名だが、個人的にはあまり好きではない。
角がふやけているし、歯で噛んだとき、最初は柔らかく、途中で芯のようなものにぶつかりなかなか噛みきれない。
これをコシがあると言うのかわからないが、
私的には表面に弾力があって噛んだ時になかなか歯が入っていかず、さらに力を入れると抵抗しながら潰れて、最後ブツッと嚙み切れるうどんが私の理想形である。

すだちおろしうどん 並 かみさんは ぶっかけうどん それにちくわの磯辺揚げを2人とも頼む。
夏限定のメニューということで、すだちおろしうどん頼んでみた。まあ、美味しいのだが、ツユが薄味なところに大根おろし、そしてすだちなので、全体的にさっぱり薄味。
個人的には、かみさんの頼んだぶっかけうどんの方がよかったかな。
ちくわの磯辺揚げは、丸亀製麺に来たら必ず頼んでしまう。やっぱコレが一番美味しいよね。
