11時30分くらいにはいりましたが、入口近くまで十人位が注文待ち、5人くらい会計待ちで混んでました
注文から配膳までは3人くらいで手際よくやってますが、ネックは会計待ちですね、一人でやってるからなかなか進みません
席はまだガラガラですが会計に時間がかかってますね～
最近は電子決済やらカード、QR決済など支払い方法が多いから、なにやら一杯機械を付けてたいへんだ
ポイントまで付けると色々やらなくちゃです。
さて、だいぶ時間がかかって席に着きました
頼んだのは明太釜揚げ卵とイカ天麩羅、初めてオーダーしました。出汁醤油を掛けて全部を混ぜ合わせます。明太子の塩味がありますから、醤油は少し少な目が良かったかな、チョットしょっぱい!
イカ天は出汁を小皿に注ぎ付けて、衣を柔らかくして食べるのが好きです
今回は卵かけご飯では無く、丸亀製麺で卵かけうどんTKUを頂きました。
