SUMMERSONICTOKYO行った帰り道、興奮冷めやらぬ内に打ち上げをしよう！ということで行って来ました☆
日本酒がけっこうプレミアムな感じで揃っていて、日本酒乾杯スタートしました☆
今回オーダーしたものをお届けしまーす☆
▼枝豆
埼玉県産で枝豆がプリッとして甘味がありました。
序盤の前菜がてら頼むにはもってこいのスタートです。
▼鮮魚三点盛り
本日のおすすめの鮮魚をおまかせで盛合せにしてくれるとの事。この日は、まぐろぶつ・カンパチ・カツオ+函館直送イカの塩辛がやってきました。1品サービスが嬉しいですね☆
▼とろたくユッケ
お寿司屋さん以外で出会ったことがなかったのですが、まさか居酒屋さんで食べられるとは驚きです。トロの部分がトロトロで、コリコリしたたくわんの食感がたまりませんね☆卵黄も加わって滑らかさ倍増です♡
▼葉わさびつんつん漬け
醤油ベースの漬け汁に浸かっていたんでしょうか。醤油と葉ワサビって相性いいですね☆お酒がすすむおしんこですね☆
▼あべどりのねぎま串
居酒屋まるしの定番焼き鳥ということでオーダー♪素材の美味さがダイレクトに味わえる塩味がいいですね☆塩はミネラルたっぷりの九州産の焼き塩を使用しているそうです☆
▼豚バラしそ巻き
豚肉のバラの部位と青紫蘇を一緒に巻いて焼いたもの。実に良く合う逸品ですね☆
▼野菜焼き各種
銀杏・金針菜・椎茸・うずら。串物で使う炭は備長炭を使用しているとの事。遠赤外線により外はパリッっと中はふっくらと焼き上がるように心掛けておられるそうです。野菜の美味さを引き出す焼き加減はバッチリですね♪
▼男のハムカツ
このお店に来たらほとんどの人が頼むという、厚切りハムでチーズを挟んだ自家製のハムカツ。ボリュームもあって豪華なハムカツだなぁと思ってしまいます。
▼本格長浜ミニラーメン
〆に頼んだミニラーメン☆ネギ・紅しょうが・ゴマしか入っていないので、量に対する抵抗がありません。
