休日ランチです。
昼ご飯を食べに武石IC近辺のお店を訪問してみたところ、
コロナ禍で、いまだに提供はテイクアウトのみで、
店内での飲食は自粛しているとの事で、この日は辞退。
買い物があったのでイオンモールのグランディナーズへ。
このレストラン街では未訪問はとうとうここだけになりました。
お値段高めでずっと躊躇してましたが、思い切って訪問です。
訪問時間11:30、開店から30分ですが、比較的すいてます。
しかしながらこの後来客は多数で、帰るころにはほぼ満席と人気あります！
自分がお願いしたのは、焼肉御膳2,100円、
奥さんがお願いしたのは、名物ユッケジャン麺1,000円。
少しづつシェアする目論見です。
ご飯は大盛選択が可能ですが、ノーマルサイズでお願いします。
10分ほどで焼肉御膳が提供です。
お値段だけあって、割とボリュームありです。
お肉は3種で、カルビ3切れ、サガリ3切れ、漬け込み和牛。加えて小さいエビ1尾、
野菜は、ニンジン、サツマイモ、そして韓国もち1個。
小鉢も充実していて、牛さんのしぐれ煮、キムチ、辛い豆腐。
ご飯、牛スープ、そして赤いスムージー。
まずはスムージーをいただきます。
中身はおそらく、トマト、ニンジン、スイカ、ってな感じでした。
さて肝心のお肉はどうか？
まずは漬け込み和牛ですが、
表面が色変わる程度に火を入れていただきます。
タレの味も良いのですが、なんとも肉の旨みありますねえ。
これだけでご飯完食しちゃいそうです。
サガリはとても柔らかいです。
でも、先に和牛を食べてしまったせいなのか、
旨みをもう一歩に感じてしまいました。
単品で食べるとおいしく感じるんだろうけどねえ・・・
カルビは絶品でした！
脂の甘み、肉質、文句の付け所のないおいしさでした。
さすがトラジ！
この旨みはたまりませんねえ。
この味わいなら、このお値段納得ですね。
奥さんのユッケジャン麺ですが、ちょっとだけコメント。
スープは辛そうな色合いですが、ピリ辛程度です。
それ以上にスープのうまみがすごい、これは後曳くスープです。
麺が冷麺のような透明感ある太麺。
これがなんともモチっと感があって、
こちらにも惹かれます。
食べ終わってそろそろお会計かなというタイミングで、
女性スタッフが、アイスキャンデーいかがですか？
メニューのどこにも書かれていないサプライズ。
喜んでいただきました^^
練乳ベースのアイスキャンデーでしたが、
焼肉の後なので、さっぱり感が高いです^^
満足感に浸って、食後の買い物です！
