北陸の美味しい魚を、千葉でいただけるのはありがたいです。
○カニがんこ盛り
北陸といえばカニ。山盛りのカニをたっぷり堪能です(^^)
○富山白エビ唐揚げ
「富山湾の宝石」との、白エビ。自然な甘みが熱で増してます。
○〆鯖昆布巻き
美味しい〆鯖が、旨みたっぷりの昆布をきれいにまとっています。
○ノドグロ炙り
「白身のトロ」との愛称も。上質な脂が、ジュワーと溶ろけます♪♪
○ガス海老
ほぼ北陸だけの希少なエビ。甘みが強く、甘エビ以上と言われるそう。
