平日の16時過ぎ、営業しているお店がなく
バーミヤンができた当初に行って以来の来店。
店内はら広くカウンター席・テーブル席があります。
平日限定の定食があったので注文。
日替わりランチが無い以外は、17時以降も1日中同じ金額はうれしい。
油淋鶏(989円)
味変ゴマソース付き
カラッと揚がってる鶏もも肉に醤油ベースのソースがかかってます。
酸味は弱めで食べやすい。
上には白髪ネギが盛ってあります。
味変のゴマソースは、ラー油・ゴマダレが混ざっていて油淋鶏が濃厚てまろやかな味わいになります。
付け合わせは、リーフレタス・トマト。
ご飯
大盛無料です。
無洗米でしょうが、炊きたてなのかお米の甘味を感じて美味しかった。
スープ
ワカメ入りの醤油味スープ。
スープ置き場から、セルフで取ります。
搾菜
搾菜特有の臭みがなく少し甘めのピリ辛味つけ食べやすい。
わたしが食べない間に美味しくなっていて、びっくりでした。
