Today's lunch was at Asahikawa Miso Ramen Bankara-san on the Takeishi Interchange of Keiyo Road. I had never approached this restaurant before because of its capitalistic appearance, which is unappealing to me as a "rawota" (a person who loves miso). The restaurant was very busy at the peak of the lunch time. The 10th person. The turnover is quick because it is a large box, and in about 10 minutes, my name is called and I snap the basic Asahikawa Miso for 920 yen. I was shown to a counter seating two people. The counter looks like a certain flavor-intensive counter. There is a fresh garlic clove on the table, which is a high point of the restaurant. The bowl of soup arrived in about 5 minutes. I took a sip of the soup... The rich and matured miso is not too sweet and not too spicy. The thick, medium-thick noodles with high water content also have a good taste. Two cloves of garlic are crushed in the middle of the soup! This again accentuates the deliciousness of the soup, and the bean sprouts are a great accompaniment. There is nothing special to mention about the clappers or the chashu pork, but the soup and the noodles are delicious. I was reminded once again that I should not dislike a dish without eating it. I was reminded of this once again. It was so delicious! Thank you for the food!
