意見がまとまらない時にはフードコートは便利ですね。
自分は鉄板焼きの肉系。
こちらは神戸発祥のお好み焼きと鉄板焼きのお店だそうです。
熱々ジュ〜ジュ〜の状態で提供です。
※豚フィレステーキ
フライドガーリックの乗るフィレ肉。
もう少し厚みのあるステーキをイメージしていましたが、焼き肉サイズ(^^)
ソースは醤油系シンプル。
フライドガーリックを食べるとようやくガーリックを感じ、さほど攻めてはいないか？
調味料のところにあった豆板醤を少し盛りつけしてきて味変正解でした。
ご飯は麦飯ですが、ちょっとベチャっとしています。
個人的には肉系はもう少しぱらりとした感じが好みかな。
さてカミみさんと娘は別の店で出汁付きで何やら美味しそう。
まぁ、好きなジャンルを食べられる事がフードコートの魅力でしょうか。
