春ですから苺を使った色々なケーキが並んでいました。
・苺のシブースト420円
・レアチーズ380円
・ラルム420円
・クッキー2種
合計1576円のお支払い。
苺のシブースト・・・上のカラメルが美味しいー。
ババロア上の所もしゅわしゆわ～としていてよし。
下の土台部分もイメージより甘さ控え目で食べやすい。
レアチーズ・・・ほぼレアチーズで幸せ。
時々、中身の半分くらいがスポンジorタルト生地のレアチーズがありますが、私の好みは「全部レアチーズ」。
こちらは95%位がレアチーズで大変好み。
ラムルとクッキーも美味しかったそうです。
甘さがとても好みのケーキ屋さん。
また来ます。
