サラダは、プチトマト、タマネギ、レタス、ベビーリーフ、水菜、生ハムで構成されています。使用野菜はフツウですが、野菜系のドレッシングも美味しかったので、これはこれで・・・。ポルチーニ茸とゴルゴンゾーラチーズのクリームリゾットは、極微塵切りのハムを使用したブラウンクリーム仕立てですが、ポルチーニもしっかり使っていたし、ゴルゴンゾーラの風味もしたし、米もアルデンテだったので文句はありません。ただ、こちらのリゾットをいただいていて、ポルチーニのリゾットとゴルゴンゾーラのリゾットを別々に食べたくなってしまうのは何でだろう？ 地鶏と九条ネギのカチャトーラ スパゲッティーニは、トマトソースの味わいが強いわけでもなく、食べやすかったと思うし、鶏肉も美味しかったのですが、ネギの刺激的な香りがするのが面白かったです。ティラミスは、やや甘めな仕上がりで、コーヒー感というより、チョコレート感が感じられるタイプでした。
