ガーリックシュリンプとから揚げのプレートをいただきました。シュリンプもから揚げもガーリックをしっかり効かせ、油残しめでジューシーで身が柔らかく、アツアツなところをやけどに気をつけていただきます。ちょっとの火傷よりもウマイが正義。これご飯のおかずにもいいですけど、やっぱり冷たいビールで火消しをしながらいただくようにできていると思われます。
