噂の将泰庵がついに幕張に上陸！
これは四街道まで来る日も近いか！？
なんて淡い期待を抱きつつ、この日は幕張まで足を伸ばして
オープン4日後のまだまだ活気溢れる将泰庵に突撃してまいりました。
プレナ幕張の将泰庵は、店名の通り焼肉がメイン。
基本メニューは焼肉定食となっていて、
種類がだいぶ限定されてはいるものの
お肉やご飯の量を選べるので、
自分好みのボリューム感にできるところが嬉しいですね。
カウンター席に案内されると、そこにはmyロースター！
さらにお水がピッチャーで置いてあり
注文は目の前のタッチパネルで行うものだと。
これはもう、誰とも会話せず始終無言で焼肉が楽しめるやないかーい！
A5ランクの黒毛和牛ということで、どうやって食べるのが一番美味しいのかなあと
メニューを舐めるように見回した結果、
結局はメニュー表トップページの「A5ランク黒毛和牛カルビ御膳（140g）」にしました。
これだけアピールされているということは看板メニューということでしょうしね。
そ・し・て！！登場したカルビ御膳！！
お…お肉が輝いている〜眩しすぎるぜっ。
綺麗なサシの入ったカルビの存在感！
ライス、サラダ、スープもついて、十分なボリュームです。
お肉は薄くスライスされているので、そーっとトングで持ち上げて
大切に大切に、ロースターに移動させます。
これが薄いのであっという間に焼けるんですが
いまいち焼くのが上手くない私は殆ど焼きすぎてしまうという。
でもね、焼きすぎても焦がしても、口の中に入れるととろけるんですこのお肉。
お肉の脂の甘みと同時に、ジュワーーッと旨味が溢れてきて
そのままホロホロと溶けてしまう。
飲める焼肉とまでは言わないにしても、私としては人生史上で上位に食い込むほどのお肉でした。
や、人によっては飲めるかもw
オープン間もないということもあってちょっとしたハプニングもありましたが…
駅前のプレナの中という立地からも、
平日であっても近隣の会社員の方達のランチとして
混雑必至の将泰庵。
この日はオープン5分前にお店の前に到着したので
まだ列はできていませんでしたが
11時半をすぎる頃には将泰庵を含むレストランエリアが一気に大混雑。
続々と席が埋まっていっていました。
なんでもない平日にこんな贅沢なランチをしてしまい
若干の罪悪感すら感じるほどの絶品焼肉ランチ
