海浜幕張駅徒歩5分ほど、イオン幕張店の1階のお店。
都内では、ありそうで中々ない開放的で広々とした店内、レイアウトのお店。
まだオープンして間もないらしく、店内はオシャレで、キレイ、清潔。
本格イタリアン、窯焼きピザ推し。という事で、軽めの赤ワインでスタートし、
本日注文した料理は…
・生ハムとグレープフルーツのサラダ
・クアトロフォルマッジ柚子蜜添え
・ライスコロッケ
・ヤリイカとズッキーニ
・本日のアクアパッツア
・サーロインステーキ
なかでも、クアトロフォルマッジ柚子蜜添えが今日イチの料理でした。
カマンベール・パルミジャーノ・ペコリーノ・ゴルゴンゾーラチーズの4種のチーズピザ。
チーズピザにはちみつはよく食べるし、とても良いのですが、ゆず蜜添えがまたチーズに合う！
新しい発見でした。
グレープフルーツと生ハムのサラダもおいしかった。
そして、うれしかったのがイタリアンのお店でも以外と置いてないメニュー、アクアパッツア。
メニューで見かけて即注文。満足。
料理がおいしかったので小食な私も、ライスコロッケ、サーロインステーキまでいっきに食べてしまいました！
なかなか海浜幕張に来る機会はないのですが、また来たいお店でした。
都内にもこういった気軽に使える、イタリアンのお店が増えれば良いな～、と思います。
