田所商店にプレミアムと着いたお店。幕張には田所商店がたくさんあって、すぐ近くにも担々麺屋だったりカレー屋だったりが5～6店舗ある。なんだろう。ドミナント戦略なのか。
プレミアムが何なのかあまりよくわかっていないんだけど、とりあえず店舗はとてもキレイだった。テラス席もあるし、なぜか2階にはグランドピアノが見える。
カレーパンや揚げパンも販売していたのでなんとなく食べてみた。カレーパンはちょっと中の具材が少ないかなーという印象。揚げパンは、揚げパンだった。
味噌ラーメンは3種類。これは他のお店といっしょなのかしら。せっかく千葉なので「下総米味噌」というのにしてみた。トッピングに海老があったりするのもプレミアムだからかな。他にもとんかつやピザなどもあった。
味噌ラーメンはさらさらとしたスープに中太の縮れ麺が合わさっている。あまりスープ絡みはよくないようだ。具材はチャーシューとは別にローストビーフのような低温調理肉が入っていたのだが、これが少し匂いがあったのが残念。
仕立てだけを見たら確かにプレミアム感はあるんだけど、それほど通常の店舗と差別化できていないかなという印象だった。田所商店はいろいろ実験的な店舗をやるのがおもしろいので、次になにやるかは楽しみだなと思う。
