今日のお昼は武石町の瑞穂橋通りにある田所商店Premiumさんへ。
とまとづくしのとまと味噌らーめん1100円をお願いしました。
スープをひと口...
真っ先に思い出したのが今はなき八千代台の味噌麺処でこぼこさんの味噌らーめん。
ヤマニ味噌の「ちばの恵」の優しさと、敢えて酸味を残した濃縮トマトの旨み。
トマト好きの方にお勧め、というコピーが頷けるバランスの設計。
モチモチの太麺との相性もなかなか。
惜しむらくは凡庸なスライストマトと味の抜けた炙りチャーシュー。
甘いミニトマトのソテーとかだったらプレミアム感がもっとあったのにな。
とはいえここ数年の値上げラッシュの中、1100円でプレミアムなラーメンとはもはや割安感あり。
美味しかったです！
