田所商店と暖簾分け店は既に十数回行ってますが、念願のプレミアムに初めて行きました。
メニューをご覧いただければわかりますが、北の恵は札幌味噌、千の恵は千葉の恵味噌、さつまの恵はさつまの麦味噌です。
私は１枚目の千の恵味噌ラーメン、奥さんは２枚目のごぼう味噌ラーメンを食べました。
通常の田所商店ラーメンは表面が賑やかですが、すっきりしており、コジャレた印象を受けました。
テーブルは広く、のんびり食べられます。
テラス席もあります。
お姉さんの接客もナイスです。
なお千の恵伊勢エビラーメンは、材料不足で販売休止でした。
またお伺いしたいと思います。
