成田山新勝寺にて厄払いを無事？終えて、千葉市内のホテルへ荷物を置き、千葉駅から総武本線で５駅幕張本郷駅近くの花見川大富へ。
幕張本郷駅から歩いて、７、８分住宅街のマンションの１階部分にお店があり、土地勘もないため、少し迷いました。
入り口から高級感あふれており、期待感マシマシで入店。
焼き場の目の前のカウンター席にとおされ、店主の焼いている姿が美しく、砂被りの当たりの席でした。
料理はコースで注文、椀物から始まり、飯物、レバーパテ、焼き物、串、最後の〆がラーメンという内容。使用している鶏は比内地鶏とのことで、旨みと弾力の良さが際立っていた。レバーパテは雑味がなく、素晴らしい一品。串はだき身が特に最高だった。
日本酒を主に飲みながら、楽しんだが、全国各地の焼き鳥に合うものばかりでかなり日本酒がすすんだ。
千葉市内から少し離れた場所にあるが、名店と巡り合いとても満足。ごちそうさまでした。
