今日のお茶タイムは地元の百名店、楓さんへ。
本わらび餅とおしるこをいただきました。
先ずは急須でたっぷりと熱いほうじ茶がサーブされるのが素敵。
甘味で勝負！の心意気。
本場鹿児島で冬にしか採れず、更には精製すると5〜6%の量目となってしまう超貴重な蕨粉で作られる本わらび餅のトロットロの滑らかさ。
内側からこしあんの甘さ、外側から香ばしいきな粉でつつみつつまれ至福♡
これをいただいてしまうとちょっと他所のわらび餅は...となってしまう危険な一品。
滑らかな白玉と共にいただくおしるこも十勝産小豆の優しい甘さにほっこり。
めっちゃ美味しかったです！
