秋葉原にありました「玄」で修行された店主が営む
中華創房 希林にお邪魔しました。
（玄って知らないですが有名店だったのでしょうか。）
平日１２時１５分前後着
先客１人のみ。
あれ、人気店だった記憶があるのですが・・・
夏休み中だからかな。
（前回訪問時は、１年以上前だったかと思いますが混んでました。）
メニュー１番上に記載がある希林ラーメンを注文。
大量に漫画があるので、待ち時間苦になりません。
ラーメン着まで１５分位でしょうか。
チャーシューでかい～♪
醤油ラーメンですね！
何度、口に運んでも飽きない味ですね。
後から１人お客さんが入ってきて、味噌チャーシューを頼んでいましたが
店員さんに、昼はできません。と・・
昼メニューと夜メニューと変えているようです。
他の方のレビューを見ているとオペレーションに問題があるようですが
空いている今がチャンス？
美味しかったです。
