まぜそばと坦々麺と餃子をいただきました。
どの料理も他のお店では味わえない独創的な味で、この独創的な味がとても癖になり美味しかったです。
まぜそばは少し辛く、餡のようなトロミで麻婆豆腐に似ているのですがまた異なり美味しいです。麺は中太麺で、弾力があり美味しいです。
担々麺は豆乳とナッツでとてもクリーミーでまろやかな味わいでした。麺が結構多い印象でした。
餃子は味付けがされていて、大きくて食べ応えがありました。
一度食べてみても良い味です。
