この日は夜ご飯のお誘いがあり、千葉の方へ。
行ったことないらーめん屋さんに行ってみようと、かぶとや！さんを訪問。
お店の前に駐車場1台ありますが、中々出づらそうなので、近くのコインパーキングを利用。
クチコミを見て気になっていた、モヤシラーメン大盛りと餃子をシェアで一皿注文。
こちらは食券制ではなく口頭注文です。
厨房をぐるりと囲むカウンタースタイルで、調理がよく見えるのですが、手際良く作ってくださいます(^ ^)
到着したらーめんはモヤシ山盛り！！
スープは醤油ベースですが、揚げネギが入っており、ちょっぴり苦味のあるネギがスープと合わさり美味しいです。
シャキシャキもやしを食べ進め、麺に辿り着くとたまご麺のような黄色い麺で、モチモチしております。
モヤシラーメンにするとモヤシ大量の代わりにチャーシュー等無い為、トッピング重視の方は追加が良いかもです。
餃子は餡がしっかり詰まっていて、皮のモチっと感と餡のしっとり感が良いです(^ ^)
麺の量を大盛りにしましたが、麺よりももやしの量がインパクト大です。
とてもお腹いっぱいになるらーめん。
