正午過ぎに到着、すぐには座れず店内待ちの2番手、到着から着丼までは40分の繁盛店
静寂な店内、ワンオペのご主人が5杯ロッドの麺を手際よくさばく工程をお客みんなが見入ってしまうパフォーマンス
つけ麺は時間がかかりますと言われた通り周りよりも遅れてのご対麺
丼ぶりを埋め尽くす揚げネギ、八角香るチャーシューがたっぷり乗った醤油つけ汁に2玉はあるだろうつるホグ食感の中細縮れ麺が自分好みすぎて嬉しい限り
後半はお酢をチョイ足しして味変フィニッシュ！
