平日のランチにこちらへ伺いました。
こちらの食事券の消費もありますので。
2時半頃の訪問ですがまだ結構お客さんいてましたね。
空いてた席に座り豊富なランチメニューから「天狗御膳」をご飯は五穀米、蕎麦は冷たいのでお願いします。
ご飯の特盛り可能ですが次に行きたい店もあるので今回は涙を呑んで辞退です笑
10分程の待ち時間で無事に到着です。
御膳の名の通りバリエーション豊かなメニュー構成。
天ぷらはサクッと揚がっており天つゆも美味しくて食べやすい。
好物の海老天のプツンと弾ける感触が好みですね。
茶碗蒸しも豆腐の滑らかさと具材も熱が加わって旨味が活性化しており、
お出汁も良い味が出ていました。
お刺身も普通に美味しかったですし切干大根もホッとする味わいです。
五穀米も刺し身に合わないかと思いましたがそんな事はなく素朴な味わいで箸が進みます。
締めはざる蕎麦をほぼ一瞬で飲み干します笑
こちらもおつゆが美味しいですし、お蕎麦の滑らかな食感も良かったです。
とりあえず食事券の消費目的で来ましたがしっかりとした御膳で満足度高かったです。
店内ホールを担当しておられた女性店員さんの明るい接客ぶりも見事でした。
私の住んでる関西には和食れすとらん天狗の業態の店が無いので・・・
出来たら出店して欲しいなあと思いました。
