空いてたカウンター席に着席して
メニューを一応拝見しますが決めてあったとろろ蕎麦に蕎麦の刺し身お願いしました
えっ早い刺し身から配膳です間を置かず
とろろ蕎麦も配膳(゜-゜)刺し身ちょいと食べてから蕎麦出して(汗)
先ずはとろろ蕎麦からとろろは出汁でのばされ"ふわっふわ
蕎麦は細め艶々風味好く"とろろに潜らせずるっといけばのど越しよく旨い
刺し身は"のした蕎麦を切った物との説明でした
茎入り山葵ちょいと乗せて専用汁をちょいと浸けていただきます風味良くもっちり旨い
しかしこの山葵はよく利く(>_<)旨いこれだけで酒が飲めるな(^-^)vさくっと完食して
蕎麦湯をドロッとしてる蕎麦粉たっぷりで旨いが量が多い(^^;
とろろ汁、ちょいと残した蕎麦汁、刺し身用の汁を駆使して(^^;いただきました
伊勢海老天せいろにオマール海老天せいろなんて物も…
撮影禁止の鴨汁(゜-゜)気になる鴨の時期になったら行きたいな(^^)d
あっ…食べながらスマホいじりました(^^ゞ
美味しくいただきましたご馳走さまでした。
