年末のマイカー洗車の後のランチに
ラーメンが食べたくなってこちらを訪問
定食類もおいしいがラーメンな気分なので
＜洋葱ラーメン・800円＞をお願いする
“洋葱”は、“ヤンツォン”とふりがながある
飴色に炒められた玉葱の餡がかけられた
醤油スープの一杯が運ばれてきた
餡でフタをされた熱っつ熱のスープを啜れば
玉葱の甘みも溶け出して旨みたっぷり
舌あたりもまろやかだ
麺は、大衆中華らしい多加水なツルツル麺
玉葱と豚肉の細切りと共にスープを絡め、
その豊かな旨みを口へと引き上げる
このメニューは、初めて注文したが正解だ
さらに今どきこれで800円はコスパも良い
後を引くスープを途中で断ち切りご馳走さま
周りのテーブルで年末の昼にビールから
楽しんでいる輩がなんとも羨ましく、
次回は、休日の昼から中華飲みしようと
ひとり心に誓った
