線路沿いの旧店舗時代からだからもう30年以上通っている名店、
事実ランチタイムはほぼ毎日満席です。
元々は会社の上司に連れて来られて、
その人が、このマスターのチャーハンは絶品なんだよと、確かにチャーハンは美味いのでお試しを、旨さの秘訣はラードと味の素だと思います。
空腹に激ウマなチャーハン食べると、食後に良くある化学調味料特有の感覚が口に残ります。
さてさてオススメですが、
メニューにタマネギ炒め定食とあります。昔はこんな名前では無かったのですが、時代と共に変わるんでしょう。
これを食べてみて下さい。あり得ない旨さです。
オイスターソースベースですが、いけます！
名作故に何度もメニューから消えたりするのですが、この旨さを知っている定連がリクエストを、して何度も復活している名作です。
