メニューを見ると良い肉もそろえているようなんだが、一見して割高感を感じる。
肉厚の牛タンや肉厚のカルビ、ロースなど非常に興味をそそられる。
上タン塩980円と特選牛タンステーキを注文。
上タン塩は、ペラペラのタン肉が皿に乗って出てきたが、これで「上」とか980円とか
言われると、少し「えっ！」という感じだ。また、特選牛タンステーキもメニューの
写真に比べると多少の見劣り感があり、割高感を感じる。
味はともに旨いものだったが、値段を考えれば当たり前というのか、むしろ割高感は
否めない。結果、途中で冷めて追加オーダーをやめてしまった。
高くても満足感を得られる店もあるんだが、食べて損した気分になる店もたまにある。
それは、値段と料理の味が不釣り合いだからだと思う。
昨今、焼肉屋は流行らないのか、この数年、この町からも有力な店が撤退している。
良い肉をどんどん提供できる挑戦的な店が現れるのを期待する。
