都市モノレール天台駅のすぐ下なので、車でもどちらでも便利です。
板の間に足の短いちゃぶ台が並んでいてちょっと珍しい空間になっています。
もちろん履物は下駄箱にいれます。
昔の飯屋はこんなスタイルが当たり前だったのかもしれません。
お店の下座には島唄ライブのための小さな舞台が設置されています。
三味や太鼓が置かれていて、今にもアーティストが登壇してきそう。
残念ながらこの日はライブなしです。
沖縄そばやチャンプル、天ぷら、ラフティなどお馴染みの沖縄料理がラインナップです。
ターンムコロッケを見つけて喜びます。
このターンム(田芋)がまた美味しいのです。
柔らかな甘みは子供が喜ぶお菓子のそれ。
ホクホクのコロッケの中は微妙に紫色。
美味しいです。
沖縄そば定食。
三枚肉の角煮のそばと小さな三枚肉キムチ丼、サラダ、香の物。
ボリュームがあります。
そばは豚骨の臭みがふわっと香ります。「臭み」が「香る」というのは日本語的には誤りかもしれませんが許してください。
赤い紅しょうがもアクセントです。
微妙に粉っぽくもそってしたところが沖縄そばの美味しさ。熱すぎないおつゆとそばが咽喉に落ちるところが最高です。
角煮は少し甘め。でも美味しいです。
ミニ丼のキムチ、すっぱくてこれはちょっと↓。
沖縄そばに、こーれぐーすを足しながら少しずつ深めます。
足すとドライな辛みが増していくのは沖縄そばの独特の醍醐味ではないでしょうか。
内地では美味しいそばが中々いただけませんがここは○。
読みにくいイシガントウという名前は、逆にインパクトがあります。
ライブで盛り上がったらちゃぶ台がひっくり返って大変な騒ぎになりそうです。
