14時にクルマで訪店しました
当店の前は何度も通っているので、その存在は把握して
いましたが、今回が初めての訪店です
12台ある駐車場の店舗前の入口に一番近いトコに停め
入店しました
先客は
男性がお一人だけでした
当方は
入って右手の6席あるカウターの左から2番目に、座りま
した
すぐに
冷たいウーロン茶とそのポットが運ばれてきました
注文は
『鬼がらしラーメン(920円)』を選びました
注文後
4分ほどで料理が運ばれてきました
タップリのネギの上に豆板醤らしきモノが乗っていま
した
まず、そのままスープを一口・・・
当然《無辛》です
豆板醤らしきモノを溶かして、もう一口・・・
ん～当方には、《微ピリ辛》でした
そこでカウンターに常置されている 『ラー油』 を大量
投入しましたが辛度は変わりませんでした
それでも
当店自慢のネギはいいですね
結構な量で、シャキシャキ、程よいネギの辛味
次回は
辛度を求めずに赤味噌や白味噌も食してみたいですね
