京成みどり台から徒歩5分程度、JR西千葉駅からでもほぼ同じ距離
開店して間もない時間ですが先客がありました。
ビニールカーテンで仕切られたテーブル席主体
雑然さは無く清潔感のある店内に好印象。
お一人様ですがテーブル席に座らせていただき
タンタン麺と半炒飯のセットを注文、
セットでも850円と言うリーズナブルなお値段、
焼き肉丼や半カレーのセットも同一料金。
先客の提供から5分ほどで到着
閉店した麺屋マスターピース 千葉店とは全く違ったスープの色
節系の出汁にピリ辛の味付け、さらに玉葱の甘さが辛さを和らげてます
ラー油だらけのカツタンとは一味違いますね
麺の太さは普通、柔らかめの茹で加減
啜り心地が良いですが時々一味が絡み咽せそうにw
ピリ辛を和らげるもう一品は半炒飯、ご飯の甘みが有りがたい
ボリュームのあるタンタン麺と半炒飯を食べ終わる頃には満席になってました。
