勝浦タンタンメンを、千葉市で出しているお店があります。
それが、西千葉の「太陽」さん。（稲毛区緑町1-26-3）
アメ色のタマネギがたっぷり。そこに挽き肉、白髪ネギ。
スープは醤油味。ゴマ油が香ります。
辛さは…じわじわと辛みが来て…あ、結構辛い。旨辛です(^^)
これに中細麺がよく絡みます。
チャーハンは、角切りチャーシュー、ふっくら卵の優しいお味♪♪
漁師さんが、冷えた体を温めたという、勝浦タンタンメン。
旨辛の味わいで、ホカホカになりました(^^)
