本日はみどり台で昼ラーメンです。
京成線のみどり台駅から歩いて３分ほど。
月見タンタンメン（￥750）をいただくことに。
チラ見したところ勝浦タンタンメンと名乗れないとか。
色々あるのでしょう。
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、醤油味ベースの旨辛の味わい。
辛さがほどよくじわっときて、後キレがいい。
旨み、辛みのバランスがよく食べやすくて飲みやすい。
麺は中細のちぢれ麺。
やや柔らかめな茹で加減。
スープもしっかりと絡んで、この組合せがなかなかです。
玉葱が刻みより大きめなカット。
とろっと柔らかな食感、ほどよい甘さがいい。
あとは、白髪ネギ。
シャキシャキの食感がいいアクセントに。
月見はそのまま生卵がトッピング。
食べる人次第となる。
とりあえず、潰してスープと混ぜる。
気持ち、マイルドになり、より食べやすくなる。
食べ応えもなかなかで、
食欲をそそる旨辛の
寒くなってきた、これからの季節にピッタリ。
客層も地元の方が多い感じ。
店内の雰囲気も良さそうですしね。
確かに近所にあったらいいなと。
