（2022年4月初訪問）
休日のランチです。
奥さんは娘たちと買い物ということで、
この日はお一人様ランチ。
奥さんがあまりラムを好きではないので、
二人の時には選択肢にん上がることのない、
こちらでラムをいただきに訪問。
訪問時間11:00ちょい過ぎ
お隣にはパワースポットがありました！
狭い階段を2Fに上がって消毒と検温してから入店。
先客無し、あと客お一人様。
電車ですので遠慮なくハイボールいただきます。
ランチタイムは100円引きで＠400円、
お願いした料理は生ラム焼き定食1,200円、
ドリンクをいらないと言ったら220円お値引きしてくれました。
お気遣いいただき感謝です。
御飯は大盛もOKですが、普通サイズでお願いします。
まずはミニサラダが提供、ニンニク効いた醤油ドレッシングがおいしいです。
津空いてラム肉とご飯と味噌汁が提供。
ラム肉は150gかな5切れにカットされての提供。
ご主人から焼き方の指南を受けます。
片面焼き始めて、表側が汗かき始めたらひっくり返して10秒だそうです。
ジンギスカン鍋が温まるのを待って焼き始めます。
ご主人のお教え通りに焼きます。
ひっくり返すタイミングが今一つわからん。
1回目の焼きはじっくり。
2回目は気持ち早めに。
タレにつけていただきます。
程よい弾力がありますが、内側は柔らかい。
臭みは全くなく、なんともさっぱり感が高いです。
びっくりしたのは、脂のうまさ。
歯の裏側に何も残るものがない。
こんなラム食べたことないなあ。
実にうまい！
御飯にはタレ付きのお肉をバウンドさせていただきます。
このご飯も弾力あってなかなかおいしいですよ。
味噌汁はインスタントでしたが・・・
定食のみだとちょっとボリュームはすくないかなあ。
ラムベーコンかラムソーセージでも追加しようかとも思いましたが、
ダイエット中であることを思い出し自粛。
ささっと食べてお会計。
