(2023, 08/05: Visited) The store is in a good location, about 1 minute walk from Shin-Kemigawa Station on the JR Sobu Line, and there is a Seiyu parking lot near the store, so there is no problem visiting by car, and it is close to the station. The conditions are perfect for a shop like this♪ Being on the 2nd floor of a building seems to be a bit of a disadvantage, but at the top of the stairs, you'll find a small but bright and homely atmosphere inside the shop. There are counter seats, so even if you are alone, you can do it! The lunch menu is small with only three items, and as if to reflect the current state of society, prices have increased considerably since the beginning of this year. Both of us ordered the standard "Raw Lamb Grilled Set Meal" here. Within 10 minutes of ordering, all of the grilled fresh lamb set meals were served quickly. It is unique that not only sauce but also salt is provided. The lamb meat, which is cut after being ordered, is large and fresh! All you have to do is follow the instructions posted inside the store. At first I was thinking of adding more vegetables, but when I looked at the actual vegetables, they were quite filling, and the shiitake mushrooms and garlic sprouts were especially delicious♪ And the main lamb meat, as recommended, was overflowing with juices on one side. I baked it until the end, turned it over, and had it in 10 seconds. It's thickly sliced, yet soft, and has a rich flavor without any stickiness.I really liked eating it with salt.In addition, the rice and miso soup that come with the set were delicious, and it even came with salad and a drink, which was a great deal before the price hike. I think it was a very satisfying lunch, but even in its current state, it was a satisfying lunch♪
