『衣食住を通じて感性を磨き、日々の暮らしを楽しむ 』 閑静な住宅街でそんな暮らしを提案します
手回しロースターで少量ずつ自家焙煎した珈琲豆 |
今年の１月8日にオープンしたばかり。
ここは日常の生活の中にポジションを置く事を目指したアットホームなお店。
昼は自家焙煎の珈琲ショップ、夜はワインバーと二つの顔を持ちます。
オーナー夫婦は穏やかな優しい感じの方です。
ご主人はソムリエの資格を持っていて知識が豊富！色々説明してくれました。
ワイン好きな方にはお勧めです。ボトルキープの制度あり。
ショップカードの他にワイン・コーヒーの原産地の地図のカードを配っています。
自分が頼んだワイン・コーヒーがどこで作られたのか説明をしてくださり、
ペンを貸出し、地図に色塗りをするという、ちょっと面白い趣向を取り入れてます。
私は今回２ヵ所色を塗らせてもらいました。
また、数種類の記号絵を用意していて、その中からその時の気分の絵で選ばせ、
それによってワインをセレクトしてくれる面白いスタイルも取っています。
店主が何を選ぶのかワクワクです♪
家の帰りがけにふらっと寄りたいところですが、自分の近所でないのが残念です★
おみやげにコーヒー豆を購入。こちらもなかなか。
ぜひ今度はお店でも味わいたいですね(^^)
