最近、我が家でブームになっている韓国料理店
JR稲毛駅からすぐとなる、アジアン居酒屋 えもや
ランチの初訪問から間を開けず、今度は夜の部に
今回のお目当ては、カミさんより希望のあった「火鍋」のつもりで向かったものの
いざ、メニュー写真を前にしたら腰が引けた様で、敢えなく断念
代わって頂いたメインとなるのが、韓国料理の代名詞「サムギョプサル」
同品の提供スタイルは、お店によって様々でしょうが
こちら、えもやではお店側で焼いてくれた状態にての提供
こんがり焼かれたお肉が一口大にカット
その脇にはゴロッと転がるにんにくの姿も
タップリ盛られたサンチュ、そしてエゴマの葉っぱ
サンチュも1枚そのままではなく、全て1口大にカット済みと食べやすさも抜群
そして、サムギョプサルではあまり見かけない
ここ、えもやオリジナル？と思われるトッピングが、味付けを施されたネギ
カリッと焼かれた表面の香ばしさに、その奥から滴る脂の甘みと豚肉の旨味
自家製キムチの辛味にタレの甘みも加わる品は、控えめに言って絶品
対比的に甘みを与えてくれるのが、前述したネギでして
キムチとは異なる、甘酸っぱさが楽しめるなど、味変の幅も豊富なひと品
なによりボリュームが相当量故、1皿で家族三人が満足出来る程
結果、その他のおつまみを控えめにしか頂けなかったのは心残りですが
2度、3度と、次に足を運ぶことを楽しみに出来る、魅力満載の韓国料理店となります。
