無論かき氷も食べてますよ！⚡
ということで来たのは新検見川。
こんなところにかき氷専門店があるらしい
一番お洒落と縁遠い地域のような・・・・・・・・・
駅から徒歩五分ぐらいかな
『八ヶ岳氷菓店』さん。
その名の通り八ヶ岳の天然氷を使用とのこと
天然氷の利点は俺の知る限り
純度が高いから氷が硬く薄くかけれるということと
溶けにくいという事
でいろいろ相まって頭にキーンと成りずらいという事かな
店内は新しいお店なので綺麗で清潔感はある
思ったのはカウンターの椅子が高すぎる
これは子供やお年寄りには無理だな
★有機カボスとレモンのかき氷（１２００円 込み）
・このお店のかき氷のフォルムは全体的に大人しめかな
見た目より味を尊重したいう想いは伝わる

練乳美味しい。
練乳は選べてマスカルポーネ練乳にしたんだけど美味しい
カボスは皮だけかかってる感じで そうだなぁ 繊細かなぁ
練乳がうますぎて味はそっちに持ってかれるかも
中に隠されたバニラアイスは柔らかくてかき氷の硬さにマッチしていてこれまた美味い
肝心の氷はかなり薄くかかれておりふわふわ
シャリ感も残されてあり食感が素晴らしい
かき氷の種類はバラエティに飛んでるのでまた食べに来たいかな
美味しかったー

２度目の訪問
今回は母親を引き連れて
前回はシンプルな味を選んだので今回はフルーツに
★ぶどうのかき氷（１７００円 込み）
・写真では写ってなかったけどブドウのソースが備え付けに
お値段は張るもののブドウのフレッシュ感、ブドウの皮など散りばめられており爽やかなかき氷となっている
インスタ映え的なかき氷が多い中こちらはあくまで氷を立てた感じになってるというところ
氷の食感をメインに組み立ててるかな
気持ち駅から離れているのと新検見川にあるという点が難しいところだけどいいお店なので長く利用したいお店
