開店3日目の駅前のラーメン店「中華そば 和月」へ。
全部のせ中華そばを注文。
あとはランチプレート4種も頼んでみた。
絵に描いたような中華そばは、無化調で素材の旨みを感じる優しい味わい。...
煮干中華そばに細ちぢれ麺、かみさんは味噌ラーメンを注文。
中華そばなどのラーメンに細ちぢれ麺を追加すると、米沢ラーメンになるとのことで、頼んでみた。
この米沢ラーメン、中々美味しい。一度食べてみる...
食べログでお店を探していたときに、「和月」の名で同じ地名で同じ電話番号のお店があったので、重複してんのかなって思い行ってみたら、本当に２フロア展開しているお店でした。

初の米沢ラーメン。
さっぱりした印象で美味しかったです。
入った時は店内誰もいませんでしたが、帰る頃には外にも並んでいました。
ごちそうさまでした。
新設店舗との事で早々来訪、新検見川駅からはすぐですが二階です。チャーシュー麺と稲荷を注文。昔ながらのシンプル味付けは好感だが濃くが一つ足りません
不思議な組み合わせ稲荷は紅生姜が入り美味しかった
