平日の夜に来店。
行列店と聞いていたので吉村家を連想していたが、
まったく並ぶ事無く入店出来てラッキーでした。
専用駐車場が13台も有るので休日は相当混雑するのかな？

スープ
吉村家や末広屋とは明らかに系統が違う。
豚骨が強く今まで食べた家系ラーメンの中で最も化調が少ないのにコクを感じる。
古過ぎて記憶が微妙だが全盛期の六角家(今は無い)本店の豚骨が強いスープに似ているかな。
麺
確認していませんが一般的な家系ラーメンで提供されるあの製麺所の麺ですね。
チャーシュー(チャーシュー増し250円)
うーんこれは良くない。
磯子時代の吉村家のチャーシューみたいに筋張っていて美味しくない。
更に大判で分厚いのでかなり硬くて食べ難い。
これはせめて薄くスライスして欲しかったな。
◾️ほうれん草200円
定番の茹でほうれん草。
うーん高い。
◾️海苔150円
定番の海苔。
家系としては普通レベル。
(つまり一般的なラーメン屋よりは美味しい)
【総評】
デフォルトの『ラーメン』が900円で驚いた。
いくらなんでも高過ぎじゃない？ここ数年で食べた家系最高値ですね。
(他も値上げしていねかもしれないのでなんともですが)
あとニンニクが普通の業務用ペーストしか置いていない事が残念でした。
