GW谷間の平日、家族で唯一休みなのを良いことに、ずーっと行けていなかった千葉家さんに行こうと思い立った。
駐車場はお店のある表通りの裏手に。
千葉駅方面から行くと、お店の手前の信号を左折すれば駐車場にのぼり旗が有るのでわかりやすい。
昼前の時間だったが、店前には10人ぐらいの列。先に食券を買って並びます。
ラーメン中、海苔、ライス（小ライスにするはずが普通のライスと押し間違えた笑）
カウンターのみのお店なので回転は良い。
着丼したラーメンは、私が普段好んで食べている吉村家系より薄い色合いのスープ。
出汁が効いて、美味しいですね〜。これはこれで好き。そして家系だけあって海苔がよく合う。海苔をスープに浸してご飯に巻いて食べるの最高だわ。
いやぁ、食べ過ぎた！やっぱり小ライスに訂正しておくべきだった。。
でも、ようや来れて良かった。
