毎年、何かの記念日にかこつけて昼夜寄らせていただいているお気に入りの店です。必ず予約して伺います。
今回はBランチを頂きました。
ランチでも前菜は食べられない食材を聞いてくれるのが嬉しい。連れが生ものが苦手なので変更して頂きました。この辺の気遣いが人気の秘密なのでしょうね。
スズキ(か鰆？)のムニエルの火の通し方が絶妙です。皮目はパリパリなのですが、身はふっくらしっとり。
パスタ(ペンネ)も極上です。
ランチもこの値段は信じられません。
これ以上予約がとれないと困るのですが、お薦めしたい良店です。
