小山シェフおまかせコース6,400円です。
前菜３種盛り：スパークリングワインにバッチリ合う前菜たちです。バーニャカウダで食べる生野菜が美味しいです。
旬の温野菜：温野菜なのに太い猪のソーセージに感激です。食べ応え充分でした。
本日のスープ：大きな千葉県産のはまぐりをクラムチャウダーにしていただきました。美味しすぎます。
パスタ、リゾット２種盛り：オレッキエッテ美味しかったです。エビのリゾットはアルデンテで最高のできあがりです。これほど美味しいリゾットには出逢えません。口の中でエビが飛び跳ねてます。
お肉、お魚盛り合わせ:ワンプレートに真鯛と牛がのっています。真鯛の上にはトリュフがかかっています。香りが良い。柔らかいステーキが最高でした。
デザート３種：目もお腹満足！
千葉郊外の一軒家レストランですが、落ち着いていてとってもお値打ちです。
