こちらが今回いただいたレディースランチ。
ワンプレートディッシュなのですが、ちょっとしたコース料理くらいボリュームがあります。そして一つ一つの美味しいこと。左上から、サラダ、クラムチャウダー、タマゴサンド。左下から、ポークソテー、ボロネーゼパスタ、魚のグリル。それぞれ素材も味付けも一味違って。たまごサンド1つとっても、卵は一流すき焼き店と同じものを使用、パンは近隣で一番この卵に合う〇〇さんで作ってもらったもの、と惜しみなく教えてくれます。千産千消どころか近隣で手に入る美味しいものを使っていて、手の届く素材でさらに1段美味しいものを作り出している。半分くらいで早々にお腹いっぱいになりますが、もっと食べたい気持ちは止まりません。
