千葉市若葉区小倉町にある「レストラン ペリカン」。町のファミレスと言った、昭和を感じる佇まいにアラフィフのおじさんにはたまらない♨️
入口の黒板メニューから「ハンバーグステーキとカキフライ」を注文したところ手渡されたランチメニューと相違があり、確認するとお店の書き間違いでエビフライが本来のメニューらしく、再度、夫婦で「ハンバーグステーキとエビフライ」を注文❗️程なくして料理が運ばれちょっと驚いた⁉️エビフライとハンバーグが別皿提供とは中々見ない⁉️エビフライはちょっと小ぶりながらも揚げ具合が良く、サクサク、プリプリと自家製タルタルとのバランスが老舗感を感じさせてくれる。付け合わせのサラダも自家製柚子ドレッシングがマッチし、夫婦で唸ってしまった♨️ハンバーグに関してはフワフワとし、玉ねぎのみじん切りを舌で感じるちょっと家庭的なハンバーグを想像させるも、デミソースと絡めるとレストランのハンバーグと言わざるを得ない納得の味❗️
