仕事で近くに来たので、久々に訪問
土曜日のお昼でお客さんは２組ほど
和牛ステーキ丼 １２００円 注文 昔に比べわずかに高くなったかな？
待つこと７分着丼 相変わらずヘルシーな野菜たっぷり。
スープはとろみのついた卵スープ、サラダもたっぷりだが何より丼の中にも焼き野菜と生野菜がたっぷりで、しっかり目の和牛ステーキのお肉との相性抜群。写真ではお肉は少なく見えるが丼が大きいのと、焼肉のようにしっかり焼いてあるので以外に量は十分。味付けはステーキと言うより焼肉に近いく、A5ランクのように柔らかいわけではなく、噛みごたえありですが、旨味はしっかりでご飯が進みます。付け合わせの大根のお漬物も美味しくゆったりと昼食を楽しみました。
次回は、お隣の方が食べておられたハラミ丼に挑戦したいです。ごちそうさまでした
