地元の方以外でこのレストランを目的に「土気」に来る人は少ない筈（決めつけでごめんなさい）
かく言う私もホキ美術館に来た流れでお昼をいただきました（美術館の外観載せておきますね）
ここからは少しこじつけになるのですが、当美術館は写実絵画をThemaにした館、前菜の千葉の名産を使った5品の美味しいこと美味しいこと、写真が発明された後の写実主義が目指した方向性とか、「そうかこう言うことなんだ」と1人首肯
白眉は3枚目の写真のパスタ、名前は忘れたんですが（すみません）、手打ち麺とトマトソースと上に乗ったチーズが、なにかメタ写実ぼい絶妙な味わい（最上級の褒め言葉です）。そしてデザートのこれまた美味しいこと美味しいこと。若干煎り過ぎと思ったコーヒーの理由までが分かってしまいました。
期せずして名店と出逢ってしまった一日
