I've heard of the name before, but this was my first visit. It's near Gochiton, which I visited the other day. It's a corporate franchise, and Sennari Ramen seems to be part of the chain. Judging from the name of the restaurant, I thought they mainly serve tonkotsu ramen, so I went in. I was attracted by the delicious miso paste on the wall, so I chose the rich miso ramen. The interior of the restaurant has a relaxed Family restaurant feel. The miso ramen that arrived was simply topped with bean sprouts and green onions, rich in back fat, and fragrant garlic chips. The soup was spicy and rich, and the miso ramen was delicious. The medium-thick, curly noodles with a high water content matched well with the soup, and although it was a simple miso ramen, it had a flavor that left me wanting more.
