千葉市の中華百名店「恵泉」さん。妻とランチで伺い11時半入店。40名程入れる広いスペース。目当ては餃子!中国小麦が推しで、棒餃子、水餃子、そして長芋と梅と大葉の焼き餃子を楽しみにランチと単品で注文しました。
麺点師が作るコチラの餃子は皮が厚めのモチモチ。大きな餃子に具材がたっぷり、肉汁もジュワッと染み出します。水餃子は海老がプリプリ。特に単品で頼んだ長芋焼餃子が美味しかった。梅の軽い酸味と大葉の風味、長芋の食感が餃子の中でまとまってます。下味もついており、お店の看板メニュー。
私は、麻婆豆腐定食にしましたが本格的。辛くて痺れる麻辣にキクラゲの入った麻婆豆腐はご飯がススム。ビールが絶対合います。今日は車で裏の駐車場に停めたので我慢。地元なら飲んでますね。
