I got home from work in the morning. I took a short nap and came here to eat since it was my day off. I entered the restaurant as soon as it opened. There was no background music playing, so I could only hear Chinese coming from the kitchen. It's been a while since I've felt this foreign. First of all, I ordered Sapporo Black Label for my tired body (*´◒`*) The appetizer salad was substantial, including duck and shrimp. It was the perfect lineup to go with beer. The shrimp chili was not too spicy, and it was delicious. The crispy fries around it (Gyoza / Dumpling skin?) were also a good companion to beer. While eating the juicy boiled Gyoza / Dumpling, I was thinking about what to drink next, but the rice and soup came, so that was the end of the alcohol. The mixed rice was just like the inside of a Chinese rice dumpling. The chewy rice was delicious with meat, vegetables, and mushrooms. And the ginkgo nuts were a nice touch. I was completely satisfied with the almond tofu dessert ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ It was delicious. Thank you for the meal♪
